We don't like to have to delete posts or ban people, but there are rules to interacting in a public forum. We will list them below. However, one golden rule that will go a long way is this: Don't spam us with links and/or repeated posts and PLEASE don't post a short response with no value added just to get your signature out there with a link in it! We won't be upset if you have a link in your signature, or if you share a link relevant to the conversation. Without further ado: 

1. Invariably during interactions there will be disagreements. While we are perfectly fine with you defending your point of view and fairly debating your stance, we demand that you do so with a constructed approach that does not involve profanity or deliberate attacks on other posters. In essence, if you aren't adding valuable information to the conversation, why say it?


2. Proper references are essential to an independent artist getting as much exposure as possible. Please try to cite your references and even provide a link to the artists site or project directly. If you are going to post something that's someone else's, at least give them the credit!


3. Don't post personal information. We cannot be responsible for the consequences of you posting your personal information on the forums. If you need to exchange personal information, please do so via email.


4. Please be careful with image posts. We like the human body as much as the next person, but we prefer this to be a family friendly site. For that reason we require that any sexually suggestive content be posted in its own topic and CLEARLY LABELLED IN THE TOPIC SUBJECT. Failure to comply with this will result in automatic deletion of the post and if you are a repeat offender or the content is particularly graphic you might be banned.


5. We reserve the right to move, remove or delete any post which is deemed not appropriate or incorrectly placed. We aren't going to remove your posts if they are critical of our site or our work, just keep it within reason and everyone can exist happily here!
